Advance Data Management Services

  • National Change of Address Verification (NCOA) to Improve Deliverability – The NCOA process is a USPS database holding residential and business address changes reported to the post office within the previous 48 months. This ensures your mailing list is delivering mailpieces to viable addresses, which improves your list quality and the likelihood of a response.
  • USPS CASS-Certification – We CASS-certify addresses for accurate mailing. CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) was introduced by the USPS to help direct mail marketers improve their database by checking the accuracy of all addresses, zip codes and carrier routes in your mailing lists. This process checks to make sure the address is considered deliverable and adds the additional 4 digits to the zip code.
  • Remove duplicates – Eliminate any repeat entries from your mailing list to avoid unnecessary costs and reduce the possibility of someone receiving multiple copies of the same mailpiece.
